The Blink PDF Enterprise plan is built for organizations that need more than a shared API endpoint. You get a dedicated rendering environment, contractual performance guarantees, and the compliance controls that regulated industries require — all negotiated to fit your exact workload.

Who Enterprise Is For

Regulated Industries

Healthcare, legal, and financial organizations that require documented data residency, audit trails, and formal SLAs before connecting a third-party API to their workflows.

High-Volume Pipelines

Teams generating hundreds of thousands — or millions — of PDFs per month who need guaranteed throughput, not fair-use estimates.

Enterprise Dev Teams

Engineering organizations that need SSO for team access, per-key attribution across departments, and centralized billing under a single contract.

Platform & SaaS Builders

Companies embedding PDF generation into their own product who need white-label-friendly options, dedicated IPs, and custom domain routing.

Enterprise Features

Dedicated Capacity

Your rendering infrastructure is isolated from shared tenants. You receive a reserved pool of rendering workers sized to your contracted throughput, so traffic spikes from other customers never affect your latency.

Custom SLA

Enterprise agreements include a documented Service Level Agreement covering:
  • Uptime guarantee — contractual availability target tailored to your requirements
  • P95 render latency — agreed maximum latency under sustained load
  • Incident response time — defined escalation and communication timelines
  • Credits — automatic service credits if SLA targets are missed

Data Residency

Choose where your documents are processed. Enterprise customers can request rendering in a specific cloud region or geography to satisfy data sovereignty requirements. Available regions are discussed during onboarding.
Blink PDF’s zero-retention architecture applies on every plan — your Markdown is processed in memory and never written to disk. Enterprise data residency goes further by guaranteeing which jurisdiction that in-memory processing occurs in.

SSO / SAML

Connect your organization’s identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and others that support SAML 2.0) to your Blink PDF workspace. Team members log in with their existing corporate credentials, and access is revoked automatically when someone leaves your organization.

Compliance Controls

  • Audit logging — exportable logs of every API call, authenticated user, and key action
  • Role-based access control (RBAC) — grant read-only, billing, or full-admin roles to individual team members
  • Key scoping — restrict API keys to specific endpoints or IP ranges
  • SOC 2 — SOC 2 Type II compliance is on the roadmap; contact us for the current status and timeline

Dedicated Workspaces

Enterprise accounts receive one or more isolated workspaces. Each workspace has its own key namespace, usage dashboard, and billing line — making it straightforward to separate production, staging, and departmental usage under a single contract.

Available Add-Ons

Enterprise contracts can include optional add-ons negotiated during procurement:
Add-OnDescription
Dedicated IPA static egress IP for your rendering cluster, useful for allowlisting in corporate firewalls
Custom DomainRoute API calls through your own subdomain (e.g., pdf.yourcompany.com)
Extra Org SlotsAdditional isolated organizations under one billing agreement
Extended Retention LogsLonger audit log retention beyond the standard window
Priority OnboardingHands-on integration support from the Blink PDF engineering team

Use Cases

Generate discharge summaries, lab reports, and consent forms as PDF/UA-1 accessible documents. Data residency controls ensure patient data is processed only within your required jurisdiction, and audit logs satisfy HIPAA documentation requirements.
Render account statements, regulatory disclosures, and investor reports at high volume with per-key attribution that maps usage back to individual product lines or clients.
Embed Blink PDF into your own product with a dedicated IP, custom domain, and isolated workspace so your customers never share rendering resources with anyone else’s traffic.

Pricing

Enterprise pricing is custom and based on your contracted volume, throughput requirements, add-ons, and SLA tier. There is no published list price — every agreement is scoped to what you actually need.
Come to the conversation with an estimate of your monthly PDF volume, your peak requests-per-minute, and any compliance or data residency requirements. That information lets us prepare a meaningful proposal quickly.
